5. Refund Policy

  • We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on new subscriptions.
  • If you experience technical issues with the service and our support team cannot resolve them, you may request a refund within 7 days of activation.
  • Refunds are not available in cases of:
    • Expired or fully used subscriptions
    • Wrong device setup or unsupported device issues beyond our control
    • Customer negligence, account sharing, or misuse of credentials
    • Unstable internet connection on the customer’s side

6. Renewal and Cancellation

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support team first is considered a violation of our policy.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

8. Taxes and Additional Fees
